We all know that home renovation is a process and requires patience, attention, communication, and understanding. Brad Taylor (the General Contractor) with Prestige did a good job of letting us know the plan and progress along the way. Pricing and step-by-step plans were communicated up front. Their workers were respectful and hard working. Joe (one of their contractors) was superb! He was clean, quiet, and showed up when he said he would. His work was always above and beyond what we expected! The painters were efficient and thorough. Although we had a major issue with the electrician, Brad made it right and made sure everything was to codes and cleaned up. The quality of the cabinets is good. Our project was completed in a timely manner, even with COVID and snow issues. After the completion of our project, we had a few minor issues and Brad had made sure to bring out the correct people to make it right. We had a leak in our roof (not related to the project) that caused damage to our brand new ceiling in the bathroom, and he sent out the painter to fix the issue. There will always be issues with any project, but Brad and Prestige do right by the customer.

We interviewed several remodeling companies after moving to Nashville from out of state and buying our home. Prestige Remodeling, namely Jay & John, were always professional, and a joy to work with! We remodeled two bathrooms, added additional cabinetry in the kitchen, built in a walk-in pantry, and repainted the entire home. We heard about Brad Taylor & Prestige through a friend, and decided to use them for our guest bathroom remodel. This is the first remodeling project we've done at our house, and we couldn't have been happier with the result! Brad and the subcontractors were great to work with. They were always communicating with us to make sure everything turned out exactly how we wanted. Any time there was something that needed to be decided upon, whether it be the spacing of tiles, the height of the shower head, or anything else, they always asked us what we wanted even if it was something we wouldn't have know we needed to decide on! They were also very careful not to cut any corners and do all of the work correctly, which was much appreciated. We would absolutely use Brad & Prestige again to do any other remodeling work at our house, and would highly recommend them to anybody.

Jay and his crews from Prestige remodeled my master bath, taking much of it clear down to the studs. They removed the old Jacuzzi tub, moved the toilet, moved the linen closet, built a huge new double shower, and replaced the floor with new ceramic tile. All new lights and fans and plumbing fixtures and paint, as well as a heated floor. This was the largest home reno project I’ve undertaken to date, and I was nervous about selecting a contractor. After interviewing five companies, I felt most comfortable with Jay and his team. Theirs wasn’t the lowest bid, but I could tell I was going to get my money’s worth with Prestige. All of the crews were professional and highly skilled. From demo to framing to plumbing and electrical, to drywall and tile and painting and glass, everybody knew exactly what they were doing. And Jay coordinated everyone and kept everything moving and on time. He was also always available to answer my questions and address my concerns, which I really appreciated. The workers were personable, and more than once they tweaked things at my request and told me that they wanted me to be happy with the result. There were no surprises on the money side; Jay was true to his quote. That was a big relief. The finished bathroom looks amazing—especially all of Joe’s meticulous tile work—and I get compliments from everyone who sees it. I enjoy using the space every day, and I couldn’t be more pleased with what Prestige built for me.

Once the project started we talked to him daily at times and kept us informed of all issues and questions. His team was also great, especially Tim.
